As some of you may have learned already, there have been some changes going on at our office. After 12 years of dedicated service as our receptionist, we had to say goodbye to Donna at the end of 2010. She and her husband relocated up to Northern Idaho where he is employed. No doubt she is missed and we wish them all the best on this transition. We are excited to introduce Angel Shibley whom you'll meet either on the phone or next time you visit. She brings with her over 10 years of previous experience in the dental field as a Treatment Coordinator, and is helping immensely as we are currently updating our practice management software (long overdue!). It is a big undertaking as we manually enter all the data into the new system. We also thought it would be fun to add a coffee cart to our reception room, so we did! Next time you're in, enjoy some coffee or tea!
We know that the times have been difficult for many, and we are blessed to be able to help with your dental needs in any way we can. Please do not hesitate to provide comments or suggestions to help us improve our service to you!
